Hopefully we have a quick, out patient surgery for today. The offical name is epiphysiodesis but really it is just slowing his bone growth in his lower legs.
Unfortunately it will mean no prosthesis for 3 weeks. Hopefully he will accept the walking casts and be up and around even if he is not running marathons.
